Group Use
Information
We will do our best to accommodate the meetings requested. In order to
use this service follow the instructions below:
Step 1 Check the calendar for availability. ( Available on this page)
Step 2 Fill out the Meeting request form and submit it. Time, Date, Make sure to include Eastern or Central Time
Group or Project, ( Any information you wish to be given out) and a short
explanation of what the meeting is for.
( i.e. 6:30PM Jan 22nd Lafayette Tea Party – VoterGuide development
team – to work on the voter guide.) You may email the Zone Director with

Step 3 Once you have been notified by the Zone Director that your meeting
is scheduled, check the calendar to make sure all information is correct. You will
receive a link to your meeting that you can email out to all those attending.
Preview the link and make sure all information is correct before sending. All links
are set up on EST. Please NOTE if you are on Central Time.
Use of GoToMeeting Rules :
To use this service you must be either a group leader , project leader or designated liasion that comes from a participating organization.
This service is meant to be used for meetings between project members, meetings
of boards or steering committees, event organizing committees, team leader
meetings and training purposes.
WEBINARS:
Webinars require an entire team of FMC members to produce and run it.
Because of the amount of work required, their availability is limited.
However we welcome any ideas and participation in webinar production.
Training will be available to all who wish to use the service.
Abuse of the service may result in termination of availability.
