The mission of As a Mom is to support, encourage, inspire, mentor, educate, inform and mobilize principled mothers, grandmothers, daughters, & guardians – Moms – who actively fight for our children’s future. We proudly stand up for our nation’s Constitution by creating a sisterhood of Mommy Patriots both online and in person dedicated to the 9 Principles & 12 Values of” The 9.12 Project”* To which we add this: Children are a gift from God and a sacred responsibility.
We will protect our children’s future liberties by:
■Working to return our Government to its constitutional roots;
■Boldly speaking out against deficit spending;
■Holding our elected officials accountable for their actions;
■Giving meaning to the Constitution by sharing our country’s true history;
We stand as Moms boldly, proudly and dignified, We stand for the future and we will be heard.

FairTax Indiana is a state level, volunteer organization. We are a part of FairTax.org which is the national headquarters for the FairTax movement. We are open to every American who believes taxes and spending are out of control, harmful to our country and a threat to our nation's future. Our volunteers are dedicated to replacing the current tax system with something more fair and transparent. Our volunteers come from all political backgrounds, ages and professions. Our local organization has tens of thousands of supporters statewide and Millions of supporters and volunteers nationwide. The FairTax plan is backed by sound economic research and we believe it will be the best solution to our struggling economy. Simply put, the FairTax = Jobs. Our leadership is specialized in the education of citizens and community leaders, and grassroots mobilization efforts. We provide ourselves as a resource to candidates and citizens on the FairTax issue.

At VoteTrackers.com, a simply, one-page chart for each State in the Union can be downloaded. Each chart tracks the same major spending bills in the recent past, simply recording the votes of the 2 Senators and all Congressmen of that State. The current chart, for example, shows the votes on the Bailout, the Stimulus, and others including the latest Health Care legislation. It is non-partisan and our wish is that people share this website, by all means possible, with everyone they know prior to the State Primaries and the November election (which is May 4th and November 2nd, respectively, in Indiana). People most appreciative of this chart are those less politically involved; they like the easy-to-read format and it helps them remember how their legislators voted on these important, high level spending bills.
