Interposition Petition

“I, the undersigned citizen of the United States and the State of Indiana, do hereby petition the Governor and the Indiana General Assembly to exercise their constitutional and ethical obligation to intercede on behalf of the citizens of Indiana and protect their rights against unconstitutional federal usurpation. Specifically to assert the right of Interposition against the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act signed into law by President Barack Hussein Obama on March 23rd2010.

I further recognize and affirm that judicial interposition is insufficient protection of my constitutionally protected rights and petition the Indiana Office of the Attorney General to withdraw from the joint lawsuit filed by the Florida Attorney General on March 23rd, 2010 against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, U.S. Department of Treasury and the U.S. Department of Labor regarding the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, in favor of the Governor and the Indiana General Assembly asserting Interposition.

I hereby state I will only support Indiana candidates who openly support, by petition and word, the assertion of Interposition against the federal healthcare law."

The following petition will be presented to both the Attorney Generals office and the Governors office when either a signature number of 875,000 is reached or on October 1st which ever comes first. The goal is to obtain enough signatures on the petition to show we will be an effective force at the ballot box come November.
